In conjunction with these musical releases, Kahan’s documentary titled “Noah Kahan: Out of Body” will also premiere on Netflix on the same day as the single. This documentary, filmed over a year and a half, aims to provide an intimate look into Kahan’s life, showcasing his personal struggles and moments with his family.
Kahan expressed his thoughts on the documentary, stating, “My life was filmed for a year and a half. It was weird, difficult, and genuinely beautiful to experience.” He further elaborated, saying, “This documentary captures so much more than I ever thought the world would see about myself, my creative journey and my family.”
The song “Porch Light,” co-written by Kahan and Aaron Dessner, reflects the artist’s introspective style and emotional depth.
